Dr. David Galler
Dr. David Galler graduated with high honors from the University of Pennsylvania's College of Dentistry and is part of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. He completed a general practice residency at the Brooklyn Veteran's Administration Hospital. After 20 years of practicing in Downtown Manhattan, he relocated to Chicago, working in Skokie, IL, and serving as Senior Vice President at Aspen Dental. There, he launched their Invisalign Program and trained over 800 offices.
Dr. Galler has transformed thousands of smiles with Invisalign® aligners, quickly becoming one of the top providers in the U.S. He speaks at many events, gaining a following of practitioners eager to learn aligner therapy. His students, known as Gallerites, account for about 20% of Invisalign GP Case Starts in North America.
Currently, he is the President of the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA), which has grown significantly during his leadership. He has introduced several innovations in clear aligners, including the Galler Ostreicher Spacing Technique (GOST), Ortho Munchies, and the Galler Engine, his proprietary algorithm for the Invisalign Clincheck system.
Dr. Andrea Dernisky
Dr. Andrea K. Dernisky earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of British Columbia in 2008 and opened a practice in Vancouver, focusing on cosmetics and orthodontics. She has completed Invisalign training, is a member of the Vancouver Orthodontic Continuum Study Club, is certified in Botox, and finished a Mini-Residency at Columbia University. Dr. Dernisky embodies a trend of young cosmetic dentists using Invisalign with composite and porcelain restorations for comprehensive rehabilitation cases. Recently elected to the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA), she advocates for advanced Invisalign training. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother of three and a fitness enthusiast who enjoys traveling.
